Mr. Hooper,
It has been
my good
fortune to
have been
closely
associated
with Lynn
Hooper since
1995. Our
associations
have
involved
participation
in common
social and
community
activities,
business
interactions,
church and
religious
events, and
military
associations.
In each
environment,
Lynn has
reflected
the same
exceptional
integrity,
interest in
others,
highest
moral and
professional
standards,
and a unique
capacity to
integrate
the views of
others to
achieve
shared
objectives.
An example
of Lynn’s
application
of these
principles
to his life
follows:
Since my
wife and I
are a two
car family,
I, the
husband,
have been
relegated to
ownership of
a utility
type vehicle
to satisfy
support and
assistance
for widely
varying
tasks:
athletics,
church,
fraternal,
military
organization,
and
community
activities.
In this
regard,
after
surveying
numerous car
dealers and
locations
without
satisfaction,
I turned to
Lynn for
guidance and
assistance.
After
detailed
discussion
of my
requirements,
Lynn offered
to look for
the special
type vehicle
I desired.
While time
was not a
major
criterion,
performance
and costs
were major
considerations.
Following an
extensive
search, he
presented
two vehicles
for my
selection.
One of which
I selected
and which
has provided
me much
satisfaction.
Lynn’s
willingness
to make an
extra
effort, his
high
professional
and ethical
standards,
unique
interest in
the
individual,
is
indicative
of not only
the
outstanding
qualities as
the owner
and manager
of an
exceptional
and very
successful
dealership
and a way of
life.

Mr. Hooper,
AUTOMOBILE
PURCHASE
EXPERIENCE
RE: HOOPER’S
QUALITY
CARS, LTD
My
automobile
purchasing
experience
spans the
course of
some 45
years. I
purchased 16
different
autos in
various U.S.
locations
(South
Dakota,
Kansas, New
Jersey, and
Virginia)
plus
overseas
(France).
I had become
convinced
over the
course of
the first 15
purchased
that buying
an auto just
could not be
a pleasant
venture. I
had dealt
with small,
medium, and
large firms
– the
salesmen
consisted of
friends,
relatives,
school
classmates,
strangers/first
time
acquaintances,
and
recommendation
from other
buyers of
friends.
Until I made
my sixteenth
or most
recent
purchase, my
purchasing
experience
could best
be described
as barely
acceptable,
or
satisfying,
but left
thinking I’d
rather not
do it again,
ranging down
to a
miserable,
or I sure
will not go
back there
again!
The last
purchase was
made from
Hooper’s
Quality
Cars, Ltd.
And no
matter how I
reflect back
on the
venture I
always come
to the same
conclusion –
“a pleasant
and
professional
experience”!
In addition
to deserving
high marks
on all the
normal
attributes
(courtesy,
honesty,
knowledge,
administrative,
etc.), Mr.
Hooper made
me feel like
I was
definitely
the buyer of
the auto I
wanted not
just the
receiver of
one he
wanted to
sell.
I will
definitely
return to
his firm
when the
need arises
and I highly
recommend
his firm to
anyone
seeking a
fair, no
nonsense,
and pleasant
car buying
experience.
Yours truly,
Leeland R.

Mr. Hooper,
We are
writing this
letter to
let you know
how greatly
we
appreciate
Hooper’s
Quality
Card. They
are
friendly,
upfront, and
most of all
honest, not
pushy and
deceptive
like other
car dealers
we have
visited.
We purchased
our first
vehicle from
them two
years ago
and were so
pleased,
with their
service,
warranty,
and quality
of cars,
that we have
purchased
three other
vehicles
from them.
For example,
our second
car
occasionally
had trouble
starting a
few weeks
before the
warranty was
up. We
notified
Hooper’s,
they had it
checked out.
The warranty
had expired
and the car
died on the
freeway
leaving my
wife walking
home in the
rain. I
called
Hooper’s
that night
leaving a
message,
asking if
they could
help in
anyway. They
quickly
responded
the next
morning, by
having us
tow the
vehicle to
the auto
repair shop.
Hooper’s had
the vehicle
repaired,
even though
they were
not
obligated to
help with
the repair.
We believe
that
Hooper’s
Quality Card
really is
the
definition
of quality.
We thank
them for
supplying
such good
quality
vehicles,
friendly
service, and
honesty.
Sincerely
yours,
K & W
Concepcion. |

Mr. Hooper,
I am writing
this letter
in regards
to Hooper’s
Quality
Car’s Inc.
They are
some really
nice people,
as well as
being
fantastic,
business
oriented and
up-to-speed
with the
individual
on a very
personable
manner.
I moved here
from upstate
NY in Sept
of 1997 with
an ‘86
Subaru that
wouldn’t
pass
inspection
and over a
grand to fix
it. It was
time for
something
newer so
here I go
with $500 in
my pocket.
Well later
after
stopping at
several
places and
getting shot
down, I
stopped at
Hooper’s,
looked
around and
out comes
Mr. Hooper.
I liked him
right from
the start. I
felt comfy
talking with
him. Anyway,
after a
little bit
of paperwork
I was on my
way with a
Chevy
cavalier,
with $500
down and $75
every two
weeks for
one year.
Payment
options with
Hooper’s are
great, and
very
accommodating.
Things
happen in
everyday
life and
they are
willing to
help in
every effort
as long as
you are
honest.
In Dec 23 of
1999 my car
died two
days before
Christmas. I
called Mr.
Hooper and
explained
what
happened and
if he could
help me out.
The only
thing I told
him is that
I only had
three
hundred
dollars to
work with.
He told me
he had
nothing in
the range to
work with
and that I
should try
elsewhere. I
said thank
you and hung
up the
phone. Well,
I guess I’m
really stuck
now! So A
friend of
mine took me
out looking
and I had no
luck. When I
got home,
the
answering
machine is
taking a
call from
Hooper’s
saying if
you don’t
find
anything
call me and
we’ll get
you fixed
with
something!
So I call
Lynn and
tell him I
didn’t have
any luck and
asked him
what he
could do for
me. He said
to hang on
and that
Stephen
would come
pick me up
at home and
bring me to
the
dealership.
I was
surprised
but said
okay and
thank you.
He came and
picked us up
at 3pm and I
drove home
in a 1994
Geo Metro
for 300 down
and 150
every two
weeks for a
year. I just
recently
traded him
back the
Metro and
bought a
2000 Daewoo
Lanas and
there are
times that
it is very
hard to pay
the 300 a
month but I
call him up
and ask if
it is okay
to split the
payments and
he has yet
to tell me
no.
I pay my
late charge
and it is a
great place
to buy. I
have brought
3 other
people there
as well to
buy. I have
nothing but
respect for
Mr. Hooper.
I also wish
him the best
that life
can offer
him.
Sincerely
J. Smalley |

In regards
to Hooper’s
Quality
Cars,
My wife & I
relocated to
Virginia in
2001. We
were in need
of a second
car but had
a minimal
amount of
money to put
down. We
visited
numerous car
lots, both
big and
small, but
they were
all about
the numbers
not the
people.
We drove
past
Hooper’s to
a dealer up
north from
their
location in
hopes of
finding a
vehicle that
we so
desperately
needed. On
the way to
the dealer
my wife kept
talking
about the
cute car she
saw at
Hooper’s and
I must say
that was one
of the best
decisions I
(we) ever
made.
Our first
purchase, a
’94 Ford
Aspire,
which we
still own to
this day,
was made
that day.
The staff
which is
family and
family
oriented was
top notch.
They made us
feel like
part of the
family. They
worked with
us with the
down
payment,
worked with
us when we
were short
with our
payments,
and even
more so when
we required
service to
our vehicle
that we
already
owned,
recommended
a great
mechanic.
The
professionalism
was so good
that we went
back and
purchased
another car.
Both cars
are still
working in
the same
condition as
the day we
drove them
off the lot.
As far as
patients and
working with
the
customer,
Hooper’s is
great. I
highly
recommend
them, so
much that we
are going
back for our
third car
this summer.
Thank You!
Two Happy
Customers
