MEET THE FAMILY

Hooper's Quality Cars, LTD started business in May of 1995. We are a small friendly dealership that regards repeat customers as our greatest asset. We have built the business from a small lot having 4-10 cars to a medium sized establishment averaging 15-25 cars. We began financing the vehicles we sell shortly after opening, and have continued to serve our customers as both a purchase point and financing option ever since. We currently have about 200 customers who finance through us. Shortly after offering financing we began offering warranties on all cars sold. Most purchases today qualify for extended warranties with coverage lasting as long as two years or 24,000 miles.

There are three sales people that call Hooper's Quality Cars, LTD home. Lynn Hooper is the Principal Owner and Dealer Operator. Nita Halloway serves as a Sales Consultant. Lynn's wife, Lexalynn Hooper, is a licensed, knowledgeable salesperson and also a dealer operator. You can also see the family dog, Sinea, when she peeks out from behind the desk.

Lynn Hooper is the owner of Hooper's Quality Cars, LTD after a career in the Army as a helicopter pilot, attaining the rank of Brigadier General. Mr. Hooper went to work for an automotive group selling used cars. He liked the business, but decided that being in business for himself was the way to go. After joining the Virginia Independent Automobile Dealers Association, he served as District President, State Treasurer, State President, State Chairman of the Board of Directors and NIADA Region 1 Vice-President. Hooper's Quality Cars, LTD under his leadership was selected as Northern Virginia Quality Dealer in 2004. He is also a Certified Master Dealer with NIADA. Lynn has been approved by two Govenors to serve as a member of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Board.

Nita Halloway serves as a Sales Consultant for Hooper's Quality Cars, LTD. Nita and her family have been residents of Stafford since 1985. Nita started as a part time employee in April 2008. In June 2008, she received her Salesperson License from the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and became a full time Sales Consultant. Nita and her husband Mike have 7 children and 14 grandchildren and they have only 1 child left at home, 10 year old Rose. Nita loves working with the public and is always available to assist customers in any way.

Lexalynn Hooper works at the dealership and is a licensed and knowledgeable sales person. She enjoys helping customers and is proud to work at her husband's side in the business. She always has a smile on her face and you are in good hands with her in control. Mrs. Hooper is also the manager for special and international programs for over 100,000 members of the Association of the United States Army. She has served at this post since 1990 and enjoys her responsibilities with this organization almost as much as she enjoys helping customers at Hooper's Quality Cars, LTD.
